Juice: 5 ml of 100% Concord Grape Juice made from concentrate.
Wheat Flour Wafer:Ā 1/6g bread element which consist of a round unleavened wafer made with white wheat flour, water and salt, OR
Gluten Free Wafer:Ā Gluten Free Unleavened Bread. No added sugar and guaranteed Non-GMO.

Juice: Each pre-filled communion cup contains approximately 1/6 oz (5ml) pure Concord grape juice concentrate infused with filtered water, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate & ascorbic acid (Preservatives used at less than 1/10 of 1%) This equates to a 94% pure grape juice blend. Please note that the Concord grape juice is all natural so if separation occurs shake before use.

Wafers: Each wafer (1/6 g) is made from pure white flour and water. Made strictly without additives.
Allergen: Contains Wheat

Gluten Free Wafers:
Water, garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, whole grain sweet white sorghum flour, fava bean flour, palm.

Two methods that we have seen work well. 1) Simply place a pre filled communion cup on each seat in the church 2) Place a container at the entrance to the church auditorium so that the congregation can take one as they enter.
The feedback we receive mostly from users of The Miracle Meal is that they find the top film that exposes the wafer, and the middle foil seal that exposes the juice, very easy to open and also silent.
